The Fitness Centre staff are available 3 days p/week to provide
motivation, answer your fitness training questions and provide complimentary
orientations for those of you new to a fitness routine or for those
getting back to it.

Complete and return our personal training
information package and return it to our front desk. We then contact the
personal trainer of your choice so that they may contact you for
a scheduled appointment. All instructors are certified BCRPA Trainers.

Our Personal Trainers
Karen is a BCRPA Personal Trainer, Stot Pilates Instructor, Yoga Alliance teacher and has experience with Pre and Post Natal and Third Age fitness. Karen has been in the fitness industry for approximately 20 years and holds a Certificate of Health and Fitness from Simon Fraser University. Karen believes in functiional training and will set you up on a very customized fitness program.
Jenny is a BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer, Third Age and Osteofit Instructor. Jenny specializes in one on one training for all levels and all ages. Jenny has over 20 years of experience working in the health and fitness industry and approaches each session with genuine care.
Michelle has been a BCRPA Personal Trainer for several years. As well, she had received an honour award for her studies in Health and Fitness at Simon Fraser University. Her focuses include weight loss, fitness for older adults, group fitness, and post-injury recovery exercises. Michelle uses motivation, knowledge, and compassion when customizing all her fitness related programs.
